Indian Prawns
Ingredients
- 100g peeled, cooked prawns
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp ground cardomom
- 1 tbsp groundnut oil
- season with smoked sea salt
- 1/2 a lemon juice
- 1oz butter
Method
- Heat the butter in a small frying pan
- Add the prawns till warmed through
Serve with Indian vegetable curry and rice
