Indian Prawns

Ingredients

  1. 100g peeled, cooked prawns
  2. 1/4 tsp turmeric
  3. 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  4. 1/4 tsp ground cardomom
  5. 1 tbsp groundnut oil
  6. season with smoked sea salt
  7. 1/2 a lemon juice
  8. 1oz butter

Method

  1. Heat the butter in a small frying pan
  2. Add the prawns till warmed through

Serve with Indian vegetable curry and rice
