About Me

I think that the one thing that I can do well is cook. So, with this in mind, and as a record of my favourite recipes, I write this blog. Bear in mind that I rarely measure or weigh anything so all quantities are best guess estimates, and should be worked to your own tastes. Surely that is the excitement about cooking? Experiment.

This might, at times, contain other random thoughts, ideas, plans, whinges, photos and whatever, but the primary focus is most definitely food and wine.
